Friday November 2nd P.A.P.A Black Hided Feeder Cattle SaleResults from the Special P.A.P.A Alliance Blackhided New Crop Calf/Yearling Sale Friday November 2nd. Here this past Friday we had an outstanding run of high quality cattle with a house full of buyers hungry for the cattle of high quality that were properly handled.
Leading the sale we had the honor of having Jared Miller of Leon Iowa, the Reigning 2018 World Livestock Auctioneering Champion, on the block selling thousands of your cattle with his World Class ability whose 2nd to none, a fun day it was.
Selling 4,407 cattle on a market that was fully steady to higher on all weights of cattle it was truly a cattle show as we sailed right through these over 4,000 cattle at a fast rate..
The demand is certainly there and looks to remain as we move forward through the fall runs as the demand continues to grow for these cattle of superior genetics that are on vaccination protocols and proper managed bunk rations.
It is sure impressive to see the quality that rolls through and even more fun to watch them come back as Fed Cattle big and ripe..
A big tip of the hat to all Cattlemen/Cattlewomen for the fine job you do producing the types of cattle that buyers keep coming back for each year.
*I must note though*
- We also saw way too many cattle in this sale today that were of lower quality, Dairy Cross Cattle and Cattle of poor genetics that were not properly managed from start to finish..
- These off quality and less desirable cattle, I will say, belong in one of our other sales and not the Alliance Sales.
- These cattle do not fit this sale for quality and management and take a big hit, sometimes a scary hit amongst a barn full of good cattle that have resumes that fit the bill of most any cattle feeder.
- I'm not trying to be tough, but you're not gonna fool these Buyers with a Hostein walking in the ring wearing a black cloak, that party went by the wayside.
- We have sales for these different types of cattle , give us a call and we will get you into the right one.
- We are here to maximize the sales of your cattle, so let us help you get them into the right one.
- Its what we're here for..
Thanks again to all Buyers/Sellers alike who came together to roundout yet another really nice sale and a special thanks to Scott Werlein and Kyle gliding right through this sale in great time helping Jared sell this sale, they all did a great job!
