Friday November 30th Beef New Crop Calf / Yearling SaleResults from the Special Early Winter Roundup New Crop Calf/ Yearling Sale Friday November 30th. Here this past Friday had a pretty decent run of cattle selling 1,592 on market that was lower all the way around with very few groups at all in the sale. The interest remains decent on the higher quality cattle and the lower quality type cattle are a tough sell. One can tell that 30 days of non stop rain in October definitely took its toll in cattle..
This coming Friday December 7th will be the big Special P.A.P.A Alliance Blackhided New Crop Calf/Yearling Sale starting time 9am sharp and will feature many large strings of reputation, weaned calves and yearlings..
The next Special Early Winter Holstein/Dairy Cross Feeder Cattle Sale will be Friday December 14th starting time 9am sharp.
This report will be broad due to the range of group size and quality but will do the best we can.
Thanks again and here's the report..
