Friday, September 11th Combination Holstein & Beef Feeder SaleThis past Friday we held our Annual Customer Appreciation Feeder Cattle Sale selling 1920 cattle. The sale consisted of 700 Holstein/Dairy Beef and 1200 Beef Yearlings. We did see a trickle of about 100 New Crop Calves coming to town. The market was strong considering the fed cattle trending lower. This sale is the Kickoff to our Fall Feeder Schedule. A big thanks to the Grant County Cattlemen for serving up those delicious steak sandwiches and to all the buyers and sellers alike. Remember, don't be afraid to call about our upcoming auctions to get consigned on the early listing. It just might be one of the most important things we can do to properly market your quality cattle.
